We can offer you private tours with professional nature guides, so you can see more flock in less time. Of course, you can do birding on your own by following the hiking routes. In the restaurant Casa José we guarantee that our dishes will delight all your senses. The ingredients are always fresh and come from local suppliers. Our wide menu is a fusion of typical Costa Rican cuisine with recipes from other parts of the world. It can be personalized – it is a pleasure to prepare special meals, eg vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, which are frequently served personally by our chefs: José Álvarez, the owner of the Hotel Quelitales, and Yirlany Segura. What is equally important, while eating, you can admire picturesque mountain views.
